The Labor Arbitration Institute offers continuing education programs for labor, management and their attorneys on the subjects of labor law and labor arbitration. In its sixteen year history, the Institute has trained thousands of advocates on both sides of the table and has upheld a commitment to excellence in providing the best educational programs in the field of labor law.

We offer 12-15 programs annually located in major U.S. cities. We invite you to learn from our experienced and accomplished faculty. Our programs will help you learn the latest developments in labor law and develop new advocacy skills and insights that could change the outcome of your next personnel issue, grievance or hearing.

Upcoming Programs & Events

Our summer 2008 programs will include the first annual two-day National Institute on Labor Law and Labor Arbitration in Las Vegas, our two-day Washington, DC program and the 16th Annual Detroit progam. In November we will again present a program in Cleveland at the beautiful state-of-the-art Intercontinental Hotel.
